Thanks for your interest in Bar 7 Beef.  Our beef is sold on the hanging weight.  A ½ beef will range between $2200-$2500 and a whole beef will range from $4400-$5000 (these prices include standard processing).  A ½ beef will yield 200+ pounds and a whole beef will yield 400+ pounds meat.  We will deliver your steer to the processor, Local Cuts, located in Zephyr, Texas and you will be responsible for picking up your meat from them.Our next round of beef will be ready in May!
